• We have a strong Parent Network. Parents are highly active in supporting our school community by volunteering in classrooms, sponsoring assemblies and family-based activities, and attending informational meetings. 
• Red Smith offers a variety of co-curricular activities (athletics, clubs and intramurals) to enhance students' academic and social leadership skills. All students are welcome to participate upon meeting age and grade requirements. 
• Our teachers have a strong belief in students and their learning, and work collaboratively with parents/guardians and community members to use the best instructional practices to meet the needs of all students.
